You acknowledge that RiverSHARED is not responsible or liable for any such third-party website, or the availability of materials located on third party websites. Upon accessing material located on a third-party website, you agree you are no longer bound by RiverSHARED’s terms of service and are bound by the third party’s terms of service. RiverSHARED is not responsible for any claims, content, or services provided by said third parties.

Used of automated systems or software, whether operated by a third party or otherwise, to extract data from the RiverSHARED website is prohibited. RiverSHARED reserves the right to take appropriate action including legal proceedings without further notice, in relation to unauthorized use of the RiverSHARED website.

Some parts of the RiverSHARED website, such as discussion boards or post comments, may allow users to post content or otherwise make content available through the RiverSHARED website. User content is provided by third party contributors. RiverSHARED does not endorse or is responsible for any third party contributed content. Posting official identification information may lead to identity theft You acknowledge that RiverSHARED has no liability for official identification information posted to the RiverSHARED website, and any ensuing identity theft. RiverSHARED may remove content that includes prohibited content but is not obligated to do so.

RiverSHARED reserves the right to provide user data and content in order to protect itself, partners, affiliates, visitors, and in compliance with legal obligations or government requests.

Only to the extent permitted by law, user content posted to the RiverSHARED website is granted a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, right and license to make, use, reproduce, distribute, display, prepare derivative works and otherwise exploit user content without restriction. Furthermore, you grant RiverSHARED the right to attribute your name, username, and/or trademarks & logos associated with any such content without limitation.

You represent and warrant that you own any user content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the RiverSHARED website. Furthermore, you guarantee said content does not violate any applicable laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or rights not specifically denoted herein. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages, and any monies owed to person or entities arising from your provided user content.

Job Ads or Job Listings

RiverSHARED.org which is free to those individuals seeking employment openings (“Job Seekers”), may make available Job Ads advertising employment opportunities and other job-related content, including links to third-party websites (“Job Listings” or “Job Ads”), through the RiverSHARED website. Job Ads are created and provided by third parties over whom RiverSHARED exercises no control; you acknowledge and understand that RiverSHARED has no control over the content of Job Ads, links to or from Job Ads, or any conditions third parties might impose once a Job Seeker has submitted an application or left the RiverSHARED website.

If you leave the RiverSHARED website and choose to enter a third-party website, you accept any terms and conditions imposed by that third-party. We cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any Job Ad or other information submitted by any Employer or other user, including the identity of such Employer or other user. RiverSHARED assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Ads, Job Listings, third party websites, or companies sponsoring Job Ads.
